The brief for a home service
Iris Home Massage is a home massage service in Bangkok. Most people open the site on a phone, late, and want the matter settled quickly. The brief was a site that gets someone from the first screen to a booking in a few steps.
We ordered the pages by the questions that have to be answered before booking: what is offered, what it costs, which districts are covered, who arrives and how to book.

Services and prices
The service page puts the 60, 90 and 120 minute choice at the top, then lists each treatment with a short description, its price and its own book button. The price sits on the same line as the name rather than a tap away.
The coverage map is one drawn image naming the main districts with approximate travel times, so someone outside the area finds out before filling in a form.

Booking and brand direction
The booking form was cut back to what is genuinely needed, and a worked example of a booking conversation sits on the page so a first-time visitor can see what happens between sending a message and the doorbell.
The brand direction uses cream and warm brown, with photographs of the real therapists on the introduction cards. The site has a Thai and an English version, works at every screen size, and ships with schema, sitemap and Analytics and Search Console connected.
