Bangkok

On Google Maps, Bangkok is many small markets rather than one city. The clinic or café that ranks near Asok is often not the one that ranks in Ari. We set up and run your Google Business Profile, help you collect reviews from real customers and build the website people open from your listing, so you rank in the districts your customers search from. We are based in Bangkok and work over LINE, email or a video call.

Make the top three in your district

Someone in Phrom Phong searches "dentist" or "brunch" and picks from the three places Google Maps shows near them. We keep your profile complete, post every week, answer reviews and keep your details the same everywhere they appear, and work to get you into those three for the streets around you.

A Google profile set up properly

No pin on the map yet, a profile nobody finished, or a cleaning or repair service with no shopfront? We build the profile in your own Google account: the right categories, your hours including public holidays, photos, and a service area in place of an address if you go to your customers.

Get found beyond your own soi

On the map, distance to the searcher counts for a lot. The ordinary results under it depend less on where someone is standing, so a page on your site for "company registration Bangkok" or "English course Sukhumvit" can reach people across the city. Monthly SEO builds and improves a page for each search that matters to you.

A website in Thai and English

In areas with many foreign residents, customers search in Thai and in English, and each language uses different words. Every package includes both languages at no extra cost, with a page for each service in each one.

Find out what is holding the site back

A site that was built once and left alone often has the same problems: slow pages on a phone, only one language, and an address written differently from the one on Google Maps. The audit checks the whole site and lists every fix in order of what matters, for your developer or for us to make.

Map rankings take two to three months to move. Google Ads and Meta ads, run by us and paid from your own ad account, can reach the area around a new branch from the start. Turn them down once the map starts sending people in.

Where Bangkok customers find each kind of business

These five compete hardest for the Bangkok map, and customers choose each one in a different way.

Dental, aesthetic and medical clinics

Patients check a clinic's reviews, hours and location on the map, then open the website to see the services and who provides them. Keep the site to those facts and the qualifications of the doctors and staff. In Thailand, advertising by medical facilities, websites included, is regulated by the Department of Health Service Support and may need approval, so the clinic confirms the rules before anything goes live.

Restaurants and cafés

People in Bangkok look for somewhere to eat on Google Maps, and also on Wongnai, Grab and LINE MAN. Keep the name, address, hours and phone number identical on all of them, so Google can tell they are the same place and nobody turns up to a closed door. On the Google profile, add food photos and a menu with prices, and answer every review.

Spas and services that come to you

A spa with a shopfront competes with the others around its street, so the profile needs the opening hours, a treatment list with prices and recent photos. Mobile massage, cleaning and repair services that travel to the customer can use a service-area profile instead: list the districts you cover and your home address stays hidden. Describe the treatments plainly and leave out health promises.

Gyms and studios

Members usually pick a gym or studio near home or work, so you compete with the ones a short trip away rather than the whole city. Before joining they want the class timetable, the prices and whether there is a trial class. Put all of it on one clear page the profile links to, and name the nearest BTS or MRT station and the walk from it.

Law firms, accountants and agencies

A company looking for a lawyer, an accountant or an agency searches for the service, compares a few websites and then gets in touch. Here the ordinary Google results matter as much as the map, so each service needs its own page saying who it is for, what it involves and how to start, in English as well as Thai if your clients include foreign companies.

Hotels and serviced apartments, language schools, pet groomers and car workshops compete on the Bangkok map too. Tell us what you run on the first call and we will show you who ranks around you and where to start.

How Bangkok searches

Bangkok is the densest market in the country, and the one place where distance carries as much weight as reviews. Someone searching from Sukhumvit and someone searching from Bang Na see completely different top threes for the same words.

Old townChatuchakAriRatchadaSiamSilomSathornAsokThonglorEkkamaiBang Na
Rough positions, not to scale. The solid line is the Chao Phraya, the dashed lines are the BTS and MRT.

Language

Mostly Thai, but neighbourhoods with a large foreign population, such as Sukhumvit, Sathorn and Thonglor, carry enough English searching that the profile has to work in both.

Traffic and distance

Distance on the map and time in Bangkok traffic are two different things: a place across the river can look close and still be a long trip at rush hour. Name the nearest BTS or MRT station on the profile and the site, say whether there is parking, and list the districts you deliver to, so people can tell at a glance how easy you are to reach.

What it takes

A contested Bangkok category wants reviews in the hundreds and a profile that moves every week. This is the one city where doing it properly is not enough on its own: it has to be done properly and then kept up.

How it works

01

A free 30-minute call

Book a call or message us on LINE. We go through your site and your Google profile with you, check where you rank in your district, and say what we would do first.

02

The price comes first

You know the scope, the price and the timeline before anything starts. Packages and monthly plans have fixed prices; a booking system or anything custom is quoted after the call.

03

We build, you review

We write the pages in Thai and English and tell you which photos the site and the profile need; phone photos are fine. You see everything before it goes live, with two rounds of design changes included.

04

Live, then measured

The site goes live on your domain and is yours once paid. Local SEO clients get a map report every month, measured from 25 points around the business, which shows the streets where you rank and the ones still to win.

Questions from Bangkok businesses

Can one address rank across all of Bangkok?

Not the whole city. Google ranks the map on three things: how well you match the search, how far you are from the searcher, and how prominent the business is. Distance cannot be changed, but the other two widen the area you rank in.

Do I need a page for each district?

Only where there is something true to say about it: a branch, regular customers there, or a service specific to that area. A page that only swaps the district name does not help, and can hurt.

Should my profile be in Thai or English?

Use the real name on your sign for the business name. The description, services and posts should be in the language your customers search in, and in neighbourhoods with many foreign residents, in both.

How long until I rank in my district?

Expect sixty to ninety days for a measurable move. A crowded category in a central district can take longer, and holding the position takes steady work after that.

I have branches in different districts. Do I need a profile for each?

Yes. Each branch that serves customers at its own address gets its own profile, with its own hours and, where you can, its own local phone number. Each one then ranks around its own location. Local SEO has a plan for two to five locations under one brand, with a map report for each.

Can I list a co-working space or virtual office address?

Only if you meet customers there during your stated hours, with staff present. Google does not allow a profile at a virtual office or mailbox address, and can suspend profiles that break the rule. If you work from home and visit clients, a service-area profile is the right fit.
