Design concepts for fictional clinics, made by us · See them all

The examples on this page are design concepts we made for fictional clinics, to show what a good clinic site looks like. The clinic names, doctors and prices in them are not real.

What kind of clinic are you?

Patients search differently for each kind of clinic, so each site starts from a different place.

Dental clinics

Patients usually search for the price first, so the site needs clear prices, a page for each treatment and each dentist's open times.

Aesthetic and skin clinics

Patients choose on trust, so the site needs doctor pages, a page for each treatment and wording that stays inside the advertising rules.

Physio and rehab clinics

Patients search by symptom, like back pain, so the site starts from where it hurts and leads to packages and booking by branch.

GP and international clinics

Expats and travellers search in English, so the site needs well-written English pages, today's opening hours and straight answers about insurance.

Recent clinic sites we designed

Each clinic has its own look, with a home page and a phone booking screen. The notes under each say what makes it work.

Booked in under a minute

Most patients open a clinic's site on their phone. If booking means calling or waiting on a chat reply, many go elsewhere. Our clinic sites let them pick the treatment, the doctor, the day and the time themselves, on one screen.

An illustration of booking on a phone, in under a minute.

Clinic Starter sends each request to the clinic's email. Clinic Plus and Clinic Pro show each doctor's real open times, so a slot cannot be booked twice, and the front desk confirms with the patient by LINE or phone.

What every clinic site we build has

A page for every treatment

Patients search one treatment at a time. Each page says what it is, how long it takes, the starting price and who does it.

Doctor profiles

Name, speciality, licence number and the languages they speak, marked up so Google can read it.

Booking from a phone

On a phone, the book button stays on screen on every page, and choosing a treatment, a doctor and a time takes under a minute.

Ready for advertising approval

We keep exaggerated claims out, leave a place for the approval number on approved pages, and send you every page as a file to attach to the request.

Thai and English

English pages written by a person, for expats and for patients who travel to Thailand for treatment.

Patient data under the PDPA

Forms ask only what they need. Health details are sensitive data, so the forms leave them out unless the patient gives explicit consent, and we draft the privacy notice for you to review.

Written inside the clinic advertising rules

Under the Sanatorium Act B.E. 2541, section 38, clinic advertising needs approval before it is published, and that includes web pages that invite people to book. Publishing without it can mean a fine of up to ฿20,000, plus up to ฿10,000 for every day it stays up.

  • No claims like "cured for good", "100% safe" or "the best"
  • Before-and-after photos and reviews go up only with approval and the patient's written consent
  • A place for the clinic licence number and the approval number on approved pages
  • The name, the address and the details the law requires can go up without waiting
  • Every page sent to you as a file to attach to the approval request

Summarised from the Department of Health Service Support (opens in a new tab). This is not legal advice: the clinic files the request, and the department or the provincial health office decides.

Found on Google and on Maps

Most clinics win new patients in two places: Google's results and the top three on Google Maps. Our sites are ready for both on launch day.

  • A page for each treatment, written for what patients actually search
  • MedicalClinic and Physician schema, so Google knows you are a clinic and who your doctors are
  • A name, address and phone number that match your Google Business Profile exactly
  • Thai and English pages that Google shows to the right language
  • Fast on a phone, where most patients come from
  • Search Console and GA4 set up on day one

To climb into the top three on Maps after launch, see Local SEO from ฿8,900 a month, or Google Business Profile setup for ฿9,900.

Clinic website FAQ

How much does a clinic website cost?

There are three tiers: Clinic Starter at ฿19,900 for 10 pages, Clinic Plus at ฿29,900 for 25 pages with booking against each doctor's open times, and Clinic Pro at ฿49,900 for 50 pages and several branches. The build is paid once. After launch, hosting is the Care Plan at ฿1,600 a month, and the domain is ฿500 a year from year two.

How long does it take?

Clinic Starter takes 2 to 5 days, Clinic Plus 7 to 10 days and Clinic Pro 10 to 15 days, counted from the day we have everything: the treatments and prices, the doctors and the clinic's photos. The time the health department takes to approve the advertising is not part of it.

Does a clinic website need advertising approval?

Yes. Under section 38 of the Sanatorium Act, a page that invites people to use the clinic counts as advertising and needs approval from the Department of Health Service Support or the provincial health office before it goes up. The name, the address and the details the law requires can go up straight away. We build the site ready for the request, but the clinic files it, and this is not legal advice.

Can we show before-and-after photos and reviews?

Yes, once they are approved and the patient has given written consent. We build the section and switch it on when the approval comes through.

How does the booking work?

The patient picks the treatment, the doctor, the day and the time on their phone. Clinic Starter sends the request to the clinic's email. Clinic Plus and Clinic Pro show each doctor's real open times, so a slot cannot be booked twice. The front desk confirms by LINE or phone.

What about patient data and the PDPA?

Health details are sensitive data under the PDPA, so the booking form asks only for a name, a way to reach the patient, the treatment and the time. If the clinic wants to ask about symptoms, that needs explicit consent first. We draft the privacy notice in Thai and English for the clinic to review before launch.

We already have a site. Can you rebuild it?

Yes. We carry every old URL across, so the rankings you have are kept. See [website redesign](/services/website-redesign) for how.

Want a site patients can book from?

Tell us what your clinic does, how many branches you have, and send the current site if there is one. We will tell you plainly which tier fits and how long it takes.
