Phuket

We get Phuket businesses found on Google and Google Maps, then build the website that turns a search into a booking and look after it once it is live. That goes for a villa in Bang Tao as much as a spa in Phuket Town. We work from Bangkok, over LINE, email or a video call.

A good first step is the free map check. Send us your business name, and on the first call we show you where it appears on Google Maps around your part of the island and what to fix first.

Take more bookings direct

Many guests find you on Booking.com or Agoda, then look up your name on Google before they pay. A site of your own with the real rooms, the real rates and a way to book or ask gives them a reason to book with you, and that booking carries no commission.

Show up on the map where you are

Someone in Patong and someone in Rawai can type the same search and see two different sets of places on the map. We set your profile up for the area you really serve, keep reviews coming in, and work to get you into the top three there.

Get found before the trip starts

Plenty of Phuket holidays are planned at home, weeks before the flight, with searches like "private boat to Phi Phi" or "pool villa Kamala". Monthly SEO builds a page for each of those searches, in the words people actually type.

Where each kind of Phuket business should start

These are the trades that compete for the Phuket map. Each one meets its customers at a different moment, from weeks before the flight to an hour before dinner.

Hotels and villas

Many guests choose the beach first and the hotel second, so their searches carry an area name: "villa Bang Tao", "family hotel Kata". Give each room type its own page, say how far you are from the sand and roughly how long the drive from the airport takes, and use photos that match the rooms guests will get.

Seafood and beachfront restaurants

On the map, a seafood or beachfront restaurant is judged on its photos, its menu and its reviews. Put an English menu with prices on the profile, and if seafood is sold by weight, explain how the price is worked out so nobody is surprised by the bill. If you close or cut your hours in the rainy months, change them on the profile that week.

Tours and activities

Visitors compare boat trips to Phi Phi, island-hopping days and kayak tours in Phang Nga Bay side by side before they book. Give each trip its own page: which pier it leaves from, where you pick guests up, what the price includes, and what happens when the sea is too rough to sail.

Start with: monthly SEO

Spas and wellness

A spa has to look trustworthy before anyone books, and that comes down to photos of the real treatment rooms and recent reviews. Put each treatment with its length and price on the profile and the site in English, and let guests book the evening before by message or a short form.

Clinics

Patients coming for dental or medical care often arrange it before they travel. The site should cover your services, your qualified staff and how appointments work, in the patient's language. In Thailand, advertising by licensed clinics, websites included, is regulated by the Department of Health Service Support and may need approval, so the clinic confirms the rules before anything goes live. The copy makes no promises about results and shows no before-and-after photos.

Not on the list?

Property agents, yacht charters, Muay Thai camps and wedding planners all have customers who search in their own way. Tell us what you run on the first call, and we will show you where your customers look and what to do first.

Who searches in Phuket, and when

Phuket runs on visitors. Most people searching are not residents; they landed this morning or checked in an hour ago and want something within walking distance of where they are staying. The businesses that win are the ones whose profile answers when, where and who it is for without a tap.

Rough positions, not to scale. The dashed line is the main road from the Sarasin Bridge down to Rawai.

Language

Many of the people searching are visitors, so much of the searching is in English. A profile written only in Thai misses them.

Seasons

High season runs from about November to April, when the west coast is dry and the sea is calm. From about May to October the southwest monsoon brings rain and rough water to Patong, Kata and the other west-coast beaches. SEO and map work take 60 to 90 days to show, so start by August to be ready for November.

What it takes

Reviews matter more here than anywhere, because the person searching has never been to this street and has nothing else to go on. Photographs that look like the real place carry more weight than most owners expect.

How it works from Bangkok

01

Start with a free 30-minute call

Book a call or send us a LINE message. We open your site and the Phuket map together, see where you appear when someone searches from the areas your customers stay in, and tell you what we would do first.

02

A price before anything starts

Before any work begins you know the scope, the price and the timeline. Packages have fixed prices; a booking system or other custom work is quoted after the call.

03

We build, you check

Phone photos of your rooms, dishes or boats are fine, and we send a list of the shots the site needs. You see everything before it goes live, with two rounds of design changes included.

04

Launch, then the numbers

The site goes live on your own domain and belongs to you once it is paid for. Local SEO clients get a map report each month, measured from 25 points around the business.

Questions from Phuket businesses

Do we need to meet in Phuket?

No. We work from Bangkok, over video calls, LINE and email. Nothing in the process needs us in the room, so the work runs the same from Patong as from Phuket Town.

When should we start to be ready for high season in November?

Start by August. SEO and map work take 60 to 90 days for a measurable move, and a crowded category can take longer. Work started once the season is under way pays off around January or February, with a few busy months still to come.

We have branches in Patong and Kata. Does each need its own Google profile?

Yes. Google gives each staffed location with its own address its own profile, with its own reviews and opening hours. That matters here, because someone searching in Kata may never be shown the Patong branch.

Can our tour company put its pin on Chalong Pier?

Only if you have a staffed desk or office there during your opening hours. A pin on a pier you do not operate from breaks Google's rules, and Google can suspend the profile. If guests never visit your office, the profile can hide the address and list the areas you pick guests up from instead.

We close for part of the rainy season. What should we do with the profile?

Tell Google instead of leaving the old hours up. The profile lets you set special hours or mark the business as temporarily closed, so nobody turns up to a locked door and leaves a one-star review. Before you reopen, put the hours back and add new photos, so the profile looks current when the season starts.

Our guests come from many countries. Which languages should the site be in?

English and Thai to start with. Every package includes both, with the copy written by us in each. If many of your guests read another language, such as Russian or Chinese, tell us on the call and we can talk about adding it.

Where does your business show up on the Phuket map?

Send us your business name and the beach or part of town you are in. We check your map position free on the first call and tell you plainly where to start.

Call window 12:00 to 18:00 Bangkok time. We reply within one working day. Free consultation, no commitment.
