Price and payment
Prices on this site are in Thai baht. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates at a fixed rate; the figure in your quotation is the one you pay.
Website builds are fifty percent on commencement, with the balance due before the site goes live.
Monthly plans, the Care Plan and SEO, are billed monthly in advance.
Every payment goes to the company's own business account in the USA, held with Mercury in the name of TOP WEB ASIA LLC. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
The account details appear only on our invoice. If you ever receive different payment details by email or LINE, check with us before you pay.
Transfer and currency conversion fees charged by the sending bank are paid by the sender, so the invoiced amount arrives in full.
We issue a receipt against every invoice. We are a US company, so we do not issue Thai tax invoices.
What we need from you
Content, images, your logo, and access to any systems the work touches.
One decision maker who can actually give feedback. Consolidating opinions from a committee is the single biggest cause of delay.
The timelines we quote start when we have all of that, not when the deposit lands.
Revisions
Every package includes two rounds of revision at the design stage.
A change of scope after the design is signed off gets quoted before we start it. Nothing is billed retrospectively without you seeing it first.
Who owns the work
On final payment the website, its source code and its content are yours. You can move to another provider whenever you like and we will hand over the code.
Anything you supplied to us remains yours throughout.
We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Domain and hosting
From Starter upwards, every package includes the domain for the first year. Hosting is not included in any package; it is provided through the monthly Care Plan.
From year two the domain renews at ฿500 a year. We tell you before it falls due, and you are free to take it over yourself or move elsewhere.
Your customers' data
When a site we build for you collects personal data (forms, bookings, analytics), you are the data controller and we are your processor.
We act only on your instructions, keep the data confidential, secure it to the standard in our security checklist, use only the sub-processors named in your quotation (hosting, email, analytics), tell you of any breach within 24 hours of learning of it, help you answer requests from your customers, and delete or return the data when the engagement ends.
You are responsible for your privacy notice, your lawful basis, any licences your industry needs, and answering your customers' requests.
Monthly SEO
No lock-in. Cancel any month with seven days’ notice before the next billing date.
A month already paid for and already started is not refunded, because the work has been done.
Links and content built for you stay in place after you cancel. We do not remove work already delivered.
What we cannot promise
Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking, including us. Anyone promising you position one is someone to walk away from.
What we do guarantee is that the scope in your quotation gets done, and done properly.
Rankings depend on your competitors, on Google’s algorithm and on your market, none of which anyone controls.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as anticipated profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
The English version governs. The Thai version is a translation for convenience.
