Factory websites

Websites for factories and OEM manufacturers. Every product category gets its own page, named in the words buyers type, with the specs written out as text Google can read, a quote form, and English pages for buyers abroad. We write every page.

What purchasing and engineers check before asking for a price

Business buyers rarely message first. They compare several factories and quietly drop the ones that don’t show what they need. So a good product page answers these questions before the buyer has to ask.

  1. 1
Specs as text, not a picture

Google and AI tools read text; a spec sheet saved as an image is invisible to them. The specs go on the page as text, with the PDF kept for engineers to download.

  2. 2
    Sizes, materials and options

Every size, material and option you can make, in a table a buyer can check against their needs in seconds.

  3. 3
    Minimum order and lead time

The first two questions every buyer asks. When the page answers them, the quote requests that come in are from buyers who mean it.

  4. 4
    Samples

Whether a sample is possible, what it costs and how long it takes.

  5. 5
    Real certificates only

ISO, Thai FDA (อย.) or TIS (มอก.) marks appear only if your factory holds them, with the certificate number. No logos for standards you don’t have.

  6. 6
    Real photos from the line

Real machines and a real production line build more trust than stock photos. Staff who appear in them agree first, as the PDPA requires.

A quote form your sales team can actually use

A generic contact form asks for a name, an email and a message, so sales has to write back several times before they can price anything. The quote form we build asks for what sales needs to price the job from the first message, and sends it straight to your inbox.

  1. 1
Sales can price it from the first request
  2. 2
Specs and drawings can be attached
  3. 3
Marketing consent kept apart from the request

The form says what the details will be used for, as Thailand’s PDPA requires, and marketing consent is a separate box that starts unticked. Many Thai buyers would rather message on LINE than fill in a form, so every product page has a LINE button beside it.

For export buyers

Buyers abroad search in English, for things like oem food manufacturer thailand. So every package includes English pages that we write, with hreflang set so Google shows each searcher the right language.

Units buyers know

Centimetres with inches, grams with ounces, for the markets that use them.

Trade terms

The quote form asks for the destination country and Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or CIF.

Export codes

The HS code on each product’s spec page, when the factory has it.

Already ranking? We rebuild and keep what ranks

Plenty of factories already have product pages that rank, even if the site looks dated. We don’t tear the site down. We follow these steps, the same ones we use on the CDV Thailand site.

01

Keep every URL

Pages that rank keep their address. Any page that has to move gets a 301 redirect to its new one.

02

Keep the headings that rank

We check Search Console first for the headings that bring visitors in, and keep them.

03

Change in weekly batches

One batch a week, with Search Console watched between batches.

04

Always able to roll back

A backup before every batch. If a page drops, we put it back.

Packages and prices

You pay for the build once. All three include the copy in Thai and English and the quote form; what changes is the page count and how long it takes.

The page count includes the home page, the product category pages and pages like about, work and contact. Starter’s 5 pages suit a factory with one or two product categories. With more, each category needs a page of its own, so buyers see the full specs and the page can rank for what they search. Tell us how many categories you have and we’ll point you to the right package.

The domain and hosting are free for the first year, then ฿2,500 to ฿3,500 a year. For 30 days after handover, we fix anything that doesn’t work as agreed at no charge. Every order is placed and paid through Fastwork.

How it works

01

Send your product list in a chat

Send your catalogue or product list on LINE or WhatsApp.

02

Categories mapped to searches

We check which words buyers use for your products and plan a page for each category.

03

Product pages and specs written

Each page is written from your specs and catalogue, in Thai and English, and you can edit anything you like.

04

Design, build and launch

With the quote form, the SEO and Search Console in place before launch.

How long it takes depends on the page count: 2 to 5 days for Basic, 7 to 10 for Business and 10 to 15 for Premium, from the day your product details are complete.

Factory website questions

How is a factory website different from a company website?

It has a page for each product category, named in the words buyers search, specs written as text, a quote form that asks for quantity and date, and English pages for buyers abroad.

My specs and certificates are PDFs. Do they need retyping?

No, send what you have. We put the specs on the page as text Google can read and keep the PDF for download. Certificates appear only if your factory holds them.

Prices depend on the order. Can buyers ask for a quote instead?

Yes, and most factories work that way. The product page doesn’t need prices; buyers fill in the quote form or message you on LINE.

My WordPress site already ranks. Do I need a new one?

Not always. We can work inside your existing WordPress with the steps above: keep the URLs and the headings that rank, and change things in batches.

Can product pages show HS codes and Incoterms?

Yes, if you have them. The HS code goes on the spec page, and the quote form gets Incoterms and a destination country.

We have hundreds of products. Can you handle that?

Yes. We start with the category pages and quote on the real page count once we’ve seen your product list.

Do I need my own product and factory photos?

Real photos work best, and we can use the ones you have. If you have none yet, we’ll tell you which shots to take. Staff in the photos agree first, as the PDPA requires.

Want a site buyers can find and ask for a price on?

Tell us what you make, who buys it and how many product categories you have. We’ll answer within a working day and say which package suits you.

Message us on LINE or WhatsApp any day. We reply within one working day. Free advice, no commitment.
