The brief for a property brand
Compass sells villas, condominiums and land. Nobody arriving on the site is buying something small, so it has to look credible on the first screen and let someone find a property that fits without hunting.
We laid the site out in three layers: a home page that says what the brand sells and where, a listing page for filtering and comparing, and a detail page for each individual property.
02
The listing pages
Each listing card leads with what decides it fastest: the photograph, the price, the location and the bedroom and bathroom count, with the rest below. The filters split by property type: villas, condominiums and land.
A property detail page keeps the price, the location, the ownership type and the viewing button beside the photography, so nobody scrolls back up to find the button.
03
Design and front end
The palette is black, grey, cream and gold, which leaves the property photography as the most colourful thing on the page. A serif sets the headings beside an interface face that renders numbers clearly, because these pages are full of prices and floor areas.
The site has a Thai and an English version and works at every screen size. Schema and sitemap are in place, Analytics and Search Console are connected, and the owner adds new properties through their own back end.
